Cpl Group is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead a client portfolio and a team of qualified and trainee accountants in a fully remote Ireland-based role.

The successful candidate will own revenue and margin performance, drive process improvements, and deliver high-quality accounting and advisory services to complex clients. Strong leadership, communication, and remote-working discipline are essential for success.

Qualifications

• ACCA, ACA or FCA qualified.
• Minimum 7 years' post-qualification experience.
• Senior level experience within an accountancy practice.
• Strong background in managing large clients and complex portfolios.
• Minimum 5 years' people management experience.
• Proven experience implementing strategic initiatives and contributing to wider business direction.
• Commercially astute with a track record of delivering client value.

Responsibilities
