Job summary

Quest Recruitment represents a well-established independent financial services provider hiring a Hedge Fund Accounting Manager. You will lead a small team and take full ownership of funds from start to finish, including NAV production, performance fee calculations, and investor reporting.

You will manage client relationships as the primary contact, mentor junior staff, and work in a remote-friendly setup with Ireland as the primary residence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hedge fund accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of NAV calculations and performance fees.
• Proven ability to manage and develop a small team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of four fund accountants, providing guidance and support.
• Act as the main relationship manager for hedge fund clients.
• Oversee NAV production, performance fee calculations, reconciliations and reporting.
• Ensure timely and accurate fund valuations and escalate issues.
• Mentor and develop junior staff, conduct performance reviews and set goals.
