Jobgether is seeking a 3D Animator based in Ireland to join a fully remote mobile game team. Create expressive animations for characters, objects, and environments while optimizing for mobile performance.

Work with rigs, export FBX, and collaborate with artists and designers to maintain visual consistency and readable gameplay cues. You’ll contribute to animation pipelines, improve workflows, and develop your technical expertise in a flexible, autonomous environment that values creative autonomy

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of animation principles: timing, squash and stretch, anticipation, overlapping action.
• Experience with 3D animation software such as Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, or equivalent tools.
• Understanding of mobile game development requirements, including animation optimization and the balance between expressiveness and performance.
• Experience working with rigs and basic knowledge of skinning.
• Ability to maintain organized project files and ensure technical accuracy throughout the animation workflow.

Aufgaben

• Create animations for characters, objects, and environmental elements in mobile games.
• Prepare and configure animation clips, including idle, walking, running, attacking, emotes, and other character states.
• Work with character rigs and skeletons, performing skinning adjustments when necessary.
