Qualifications

• Full QQI Level 5 Major Award in Healthcare Support, Nursing Studies, Health Service Skills or Community Health Services.
• Full eligibility to work in Ireland.
• Garda Vetting or willingness to complete.
• Three satisfactory employment references.
• Current Manual Handling and CPR/First Aid training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work across a range of shifts.
• Full driving licence desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care.
• Support service users with personal care and daily living activities.
• Promote dignity, independence and wellbeing.
• Assist with mobility and community participation.
• Observe and report changes in service users` needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare and multidisciplinary teams.
• Follow HSE policies, HIQA standards, safeguarding and infection prevention procedures.
