Job summary

AA Euro Healthcare is currently recruiting Social Care Workers with CORU registration for agency opportunities across Co. Wicklow. This role offers flexible shifts within disability and social care services.

Applicants must hold CORU registration, a recognised Social Care qualification, and have full eligibility to work in Ireland. Garda Vetting, references and compliance documentation are required; driving licence is desirable for some services.

Qualifications

• CORU registration as a Social Care Worker is required.

• Satisfactory employment references.
• Mandatory training/compliance documentation.
• Strong communication and person-centred care skills.
• Good weekly availability and flexibility to cover shifts.
• Full driving licence is desirable and may be required for some services.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to service users.
• Promote independence, choice, dignity and community participation.
• Support individual care and support plans.
• Assist service users with daily living and social activities.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and multidisciplinary teams.
• Follow safeguarding, HIQA and organisational policies and procedures.
