CoAction West Cork is looking for Relief Support Workers to join Castletownbere Day and Residential Services. You will work alongside the Instructor/Coordinator to plan, implement and review activity programmes that support independence, dignity, and personal care for adults with intellectual disability and autism.

The role involves assisting with personal care, reporting incidents, and participating in recreational and community activities.

Competenze

• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or equivalent is essential.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and multi-disciplinary setting.
