Job summary

Noel Group is recruiting relief chefs for Kerry and the surrounding areas to cover morning shifts from 7am to 3pm. Positions available include full-time or part-time hours with flexible scheduling and a dedicated consultant to place you in roles aligning with your skills.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a professional kitchen, food safety certificates, a passion for food and service, the ability to work in a team, and strong organizational and time-management skills to thrive under pressure.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years proven track record in a professional kitchen or catering kitchen.
• All relevant food safety certificates along with manual handling.
• A passion for food and service.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility.

Responsibilities

• To prepare food in the kitchen while maintaining a high standard of quality and cleanliness.
• To adhere to all health and safety guidelines while on site.
• To adhere to any SOPs set out on site.
• Assist with menu planning to ensure gross profit margin is achieved.
• To ensure the highest standards in stock control, portion control and quality control.
• Provide professional customer service when needed and respect to all other staff within the kitchen/restaurant.
