Prudential Financial Inc.'s Bermuda Reinsurance team is seeking a Manager, Reinsurance Operations based in Ireland, reporting to the Director, Reinsurance Operations, to support the Bermuda based affiliate reinsurance companies, Gibraltar Reinsurance Company Ltd. (Gibraltar Re) and Lotus Reinsurance Company Ltd.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, actuarial science, finance or related discipline.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in life insurance or reinsurance, with operational/technical exposure.
Strong knowledge of reinsurance structures and governance expectations.

Responsibilities

Design and lead implementation of core reinsurance and retrocession operational processes for captives.
Establish procedures, controls and documentation aligned with internal standards.
Coordinate operational readiness for new treaties, amendments, changes, and reporting requirements.
Lead steady-state operations including settlements, data reconciliations and reporting.
Collaborate with actuarial, finance, legal and IT to ensure compliant operations.
