Job summary

McGregor Boyall in Dublin is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Assistant Manager to oversee PRIIPS KIDs and UCITS KIIDs, ensuring timely and accurate regulatory reporting. The role collaborates with international teams and stakeholders to meet deadlines and standards.

The position offers hybrid work around 12 days per month in the Dublin office, with a permanent contract and a salary of approximately €58,000. Candidates must be eligible to work in Ireland.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years' experience with PRIIPS KIDs and/or UCITS KIIDs.
• Background in regulatory reporting, fund reporting or investment/asset management.
• Strong attention to detail and experience reviewing regulatory documentation.
• Experience working with international or offshore teams.
• Ability to manage deadlines and maintain high levels of accuracy.
• Must be eligible to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Review and oversee the production of PRIIPS KIDs and UCITS KIIDs.
• Ensure regulatory documentation is accurate, complete and delivered on time.
• Review work by international teams and provide quality oversight.
• Identify and resolve data or documentation issues.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and offshore teams on reporting requirements.
• Support continuous improvement across regulatory reporting processes.
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements and internal standards.
