Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Services/Asset Servicing/Fund Administration desirable.
• Experience working with teams in multiple locations as part of an outsourced arrangement desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist the team on daily and periodic regulatory reporting solutions.
• Engage with clients, internal departments, regulators and Relationship Management on queries.
• Assist Business Analysts with building solutions to fulfill new reporting obligations.
• Assist with responding to queries on Regulatory Reporting requirements.
• Participate in cross training of partners across EMEA and outsourced locations.
• Promote proactive relationships with team partners based in Manila for support.
• Assist with development of operational efficiencies and process improvements to increase customer satisfaction.
