  • Analyse and interpret regulatory requirements, client needs and data specifications, translating them into clear implementation requirements and reporting solutions.
  • Review reporting methodologies, data inputs and outputs to ensure regulatory deliverables are accurate, complete and aligned to applicable standards.
  • Support the resolution of complex technical and data-related queries, providing subject matter expertise to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify gaps, risks and dependencies within reporting frameworks, onboarding requirements and implementation approaches.
  • Contribute to the design and enhancement of reporting processes, controls and documentation to support high‑quality regulatory output.
  • Act as a key point of contact for technical discussions with clients, administrators and internal teams, providing clear guidance on regulatory reporting requirements and expected deliverables.
  • Responsible for day-to-day management and motivation of staff, providing expertise, training and daily support. Develop and coach the team through goal setting, regular one to one and performance reviews.
The Person
  • Newly qualified accountant with 2-3 years post qualification experience, or significant relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Audit/Operational Risk experience not essential but preferable.
