McGregor Boyall is working with a leading global investment and asset management organisation in Dublin to hire a Regulatory Reporting Assistant Manager. The role focuses on the production, review and oversight of regulatory fund documentation, collaborating with international teams to meet deadlines.

Key responsibilities include reviewing PRIIPs KIDs and UCITS KIIDs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and driving improvements in regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years' experience with PRIIPs KIDs and/or UCITS KIIDs
• Background in regulatory reporting, fund reporting or investment/asset management
• Detail-oriented with regulatory documentation review experience
• Experience working with international or offshore teams
• Ability to manage deadlines with high accuracy
• Eligible to work in Ireland

Responsibilities

• Review and oversee production of PRIIPs KIDs and UCITS KIIDs
• Ensure regulatory documentation is accurate, complete and delivered on time
• Review work completed by international teams and provide quality oversight
• Identify and resolve data or documentation issues
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and offshore teams to manage reporting requirements
• Support continuous improvement across regulatory reporting processes
• Ensure documentation meets relevant regulatory requirements and internal standards

The role will focus on the production, review and oversight of regulatory fund documentation, working closely with international teams to ensure reporting is accurate, complete and delivered within regulatory deadlines.

Dublin | €58,000 circa | Permanent

The role will focus on the production, review and oversight of regulatory fund documentation, working closely with international teams to ensure reporting is accurate, complete and delivered within regulatory deadlines.

Package

• Salary: circa €58,000
• Location: Dublin
• Hybrid working, currently around 12 days per month in the Dublin office
• Permanent position
