Job summary

Northern Trust in Limerick is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Assistant to support daily and periodic reporting across Europe. The role offers a balanced hybrid work model, with time spent in the Limerick office and working from home.

You will engage with clients, regulators, and internal teams to deliver accurate reporting solutions while supporting business analysts and other stakeholders across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or asset servicing is desirable but not essential.
• Experience with multi-location teams in an outsourced setup is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to build strong relationships with external clients.
• Self-motivated, analytical, and able to manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily and periodic regulatory reporting solutions.
• Engage with clients, internal departments, regulators, and relationship managers on reporting queries.
• Assist Business Analysts in building solutions for new reporting obligations.
• Respond to queries on Regulatory Reporting requirements.
• Participate in cross-training of partners across EMEA and outsourced locations.
• Coordinate with Manila-based teams providing support on regulatory solutions.
• Contribute to operational efficiencies and process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
