Job summary

EirGrid Group is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Manager to lead end-to-end regulatory financial reporting across the Group. You will ensure accurate submissions, align outputs with price controls and statutory requirements, and partner with Finance, Group Regulation and operations to embed regulatory obligations in processes.

The role drives performance insight, supports decision-making and continuously improves reporting controls, data quality and automation within a regulated utility framework.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 8+ years in a fast-paced finance function.
• Experience interpreting regulatory frameworks & translating into financial outputs.
• Experience collaborating across Finance, Regulation and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation, review and submission of regulatory reporting outputs.
• Contribute to regulatory funding submissions and price reviews.
• Partner with Finance, FP&A, Regulation and ops teams to reflect regulatory impacts in plans.
• Own reconciliation between statutory, management and regulatory outputs.
• Deliver insightful commentary on performance vs. regulatory allowances.
• Support management decisions with analysis of regulatory performance and outcomes.
• Maintain integrity and transparency of methodologies and outputs.
• Establish robust controls and audit trails for regulatory reporting.
• Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, automation and data quality.
• Interface with Group Regulation and support regulatory engagements.
