Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Manager to join the FS Business Consulting team in Dublin, specialising in Finance Regulatory Reporting and Transformation. You will lead regulatory reporting projects, interpret regulatory changes, and deliver practical data and governance solutions for financial services clients.

You will work with senior stakeholders across EY practices, guide engagement teams, and drive finance transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

6+ years delivering regulatory reporting or finance transformation programmes.
Experience interpreting complex regulatory requirements and translating them into business processes.
Strong understanding of data governance and data quality management.
Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams across jurisdictions.
Excellent communication skills for senior stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert on regulatory reporting and finance transformation initiatives.
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships across EY practices.
Translate regulatory requirements into practical operating and data solutions.
Lead innovative process and system improvements using technology.
Manage and develop diverse teams with focus on inclusion.
