Job summary

Solas IT Recruitment is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Change Manager for a daily rate contract in Dublin City Centre. You will lead regulatory reporting change initiatives in a global financial services environment, coordinating with business, operations, technology and compliance to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years' experience within financial services, investment banking or capital markets.
  • Strong experience delivering regulatory change, business change or transformation projects.
  • Excellent understanding of capital markets products including: Cash Securities, Exchange Traded Derivatives.
  • Demonstrated experience with regulatory reporting frameworks such as EMIR, SFTR, MiFID II / MiFIR, and others.
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams including Operations, Technology, Compliance, Legal, Finance and Business stakeholders.
  • Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation.
  • Experience supporting testing activities including UAT planning and execution.
  • Strong understanding of securities processing, trade lifecycle and operational workflows.
  • Knowledge of governance frameworks and programme management methodologies.
  • Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments.
  • Professional project management or business analysis certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, CBAP or equivalent).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational and project coordination abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
  • Ability to identify project risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Confident facilitating workshops, governance meetings and cross-functional discussions.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of multiple regulatory reporting change initiatives across the business.
  • Coordinate regulatory change projects from planning through to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with Operations, Front Office, Middle Office, Technology, Compliance, Legal and Finance teams to implement process and technology changes.
  • Facilitate project governance meetings, working groups and stakeholder forums to ensure effective decision-making and project progress.
  • Identify, assess and manage project risks, issues and dependencies, escalating where appropriate.
  • Monitor project milestones, deliverables and timelines to ensure successful execution.
  • Support regulatory remediation programmes and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
  • Assist with test planning, user acceptance testing (UAT) and implementation activities.
  • Produce project documentation, status reports and management updates.
  • Drive continuous improvement across regulatory reporting processes and change management practices.

Regulatory Reporting Change Manager - Daily rate contract

My client based in Dublin City Centre are seeking a Regulatory Reporting Change Manager to support the delivery of strategic regulatory change initiatives within a global financial services environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering regulatory reporting change across complex trading and investment banking operations. Working closely with business, operations, technology and compliance teams, you will help drive regulatory compliance, operational improvements and strategic change initiatives while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard.

The successful candidate will have strong change management experience, an excellent understanding of global markets and regulatory reporting, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
