Job summary

TEKsystems seeks a Regulatory Compliance Project Manager to lead cross-functional regulatory initiatives across EMEIA from Cork, Ireland. The role coordinates governance, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder updates, ensuring compliance alignment with evolving regulations.

The position is hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 remote) in Cork, Ireland, with a 12-month contract and opportunities to drive regulatory programs across multiple markets. Strong PM experience and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of project/program management experience within a regulated environment.
• Experience managing complex projects across multiple countries and stakeholder groups.
• Strong understanding of compliance, regulatory, audit, or governance processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management, and reporting tools.

Description We are supporting a major enterprise company in seeking a highly motivated Regulatory Compliance Project Manager to support the Regulatory Compliance organization across Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa (EMEIA). This role is responsible for leading strategic compliance initiatives, coordinating cross-functional regulatory projects, and ensuring timely execution of programs that support business growth while maintaining adherence to evolving regional regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of regulatory compliance projects across EMEIA markets.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource forecasts.
• Drive project governance processes, including status reporting, risk management, issue resolution, and executive updates.
• Track project progress and identify potential delays, providing mitigation strategies where required.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule and aligned to business priorities.
• Partner with Regulatory Affairs, Legal, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, and Engineering teams to support compliance initiatives.
• Coordinate activities related to changing regulatory requirements across EMEIA jurisdictions.
• Support ongoing regulatory analysis, compliance verification, documentation management, and audit readiness activities.
• Assist with implementation of compliance frameworks, processes, tools, and controls that strengthen regulatory oversight.
• Act as a central point of coordination between regional regulatory teams and global business partners.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings, workshops, and governance reviews.
• Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Build strong working relationships across multiple countries, functions, and levels of the organization.
• Develop project dashboards and reporting tools to monitor portfolio performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve project management methodologies and compliance processes.
• Manage tracking systems and databases used for regulatory programs and regional initiatives.
• Support adoption of new tools, technologies, and operational best practices across the regulatory organization.
• Maintain project risk registers and drive mitigation planning.
• Coordinate audit preparation activities and support resolution of compliance findings.
• Ensure documentation and records are maintained in accordance with regulatory and internal governance standards.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess potential impacts to business operations.

Qualifications

Required

• Knowledge of EU regulatory frameworks and EMEIA market requirements.
