BCL Legal is instructed by a well-regarded international firm in Dublin looking to add a Financial Regulation Solicitor (3-6 PQE) to their team.

The Opportunity

This role offers a genuine balance: you'll work on complex, high-calibre regulatory mandates for global clients, but within a team structure where you actually get client face-time and direct partner access.

What you'll be doing

• Advise clients on core EU and Irish regulatory regimes (MiFID II, AIFMD, UCITS, DORA, SFDR).
• Handle Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) applications, authorisations, and governance matters.
• Help clients navigate key regulatory changes and cross-border issues.
• Work alongside international colleagues on cross-border client matters.

What They're Looking For

• Experience: 3 to 6 years' PQE in non-contentious financial regulation or investment funds regulation.
• Background: Experience gained within a recognised law firm or an in-house financial services team.
• Skills: Strong technical knowledge of CBI guidelines and EU regulatory frameworks, combined with a practical, commercial approach to problem-solving.
