Job summary

TD in Dublin, Ireland, seeks an experienced Compliance professional to join the TDGF Compliance Function. The role focuses on regulatory responses, exams, findings management and related projects within a global banking environment.

You will support governance, filings, and stakeholder engagement with strong knowledge of European regulators and wholesale banking. 5+ years of experience and ACIO accreditation preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience in compliance and risk management.
  • Strong understanding of European regulators (CBI, ECB, SRB, AMLA).
  • Knowledge of wholesale banking, capital markets and EBA prudential rules.
  • Experience managing large-scale regulatory exams and findings/issues.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently; strong prioritization.
  • ACOI accreditation preferred; audit and project management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support Head of Regulatory Relations with daily tasks and regulatory projects.
  • Manage regulatory filings: respond, record, track, monitor and report information timely.
  • Update governance materials ahead of committee meetings.
  • Handle full lifecycle of regulatory engagements from planning to reporting.
  • Support On-Site inspections, Deep-Dives, Thematic Assessments and RMP issues management.
  • Coordinate OSI logistics and document meeting evidence.
  • Contribute to remediation and findings/issues management.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders locally and globally.
