Job summary

Tuath Housing Association seeks a Regulatory Compliance Manager to join the Corporate Services Department in Dublin. The role will drive compliance, governance, and regulatory reporting across the organization, interfacing with regulators and authorities and supporting the Board.

Responsibilities include policy development, risk reporting, training, and leading a small compliance team. The role offers a permanent contract, 37 hours per week, and an attractive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Develop and implement regulatory policies and procedures.
• Prepare governance and compliance reports for the Board and committees.
• Monitor regulatory obligations and report to Executive Management.
• Provide training and guidance on regulatory matters.
