Job summary

Tuath Housing in Dublin city centre is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Coordinator to join the Corporate Services Department. You will identify, advise, monitor and report on compliance and risks, and help expand Tuath’s compliance monitoring program across the business.

The role requires a degree, at least three years’ experience, and strong knowledge of legal requirements. You will develop training, maintain continuity plans, and liaise with regulators, authorities and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in a related field.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the law with practical experience in a commercial environment.
• Excellent negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work with accuracy and meet deadlines.
• Advanced computer literacy including word-processing, spreadsheets, presentations, email and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify, manage and mitigate risk using Business Impact Analysis across the Company, providing timely advice to the business on regulatory issues.
• Lead on development, maintenance, implementation and monitoring of compliant processes per standards, regulations and legal requirements.
• Develop and deliver training to internal staff on compliance obligations, including standards and emergency management.
• Develop and improve the Business Continuity Plan and related crisis management processes.
• Assist in managing Risk Registers and provide high‑level risk reports to the Executive Team and Board.
• Monitor changes in legislation and the regulatory environment and advise on actions.
• Attend meetings of the Senior Management Team and Board as required.
