Job summary

Tuath Housing Association is hiring a Regulatory Compliance Coordinator to join the Corporate Services Department in Dublin city centre. You will identify, advise, monitor and report on compliance and other risks, expanding the compliance monitoring plan and liaising with regulators and local authorities.

Requirements include a relevant degree and a minimum of three years' experience, with strong knowledge of law, negotiation and problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree required.
• Three years' experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of law and commercial environment.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Accurate with deadlines and detail-focused.
• Advanced computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, scheduling).
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, advise, monitor and report on compliance and other risks.
• Develop and expand Tuath's compliance monitoring plan.
• Train staff on compliance obligations including standards and business continuity.
• Develop and improve Business Continuity and emergency management processes.
• Maintain Risk Registers and report to Executive Team and Board.
• Manage Key Risk Indicator process and stakeholder reporting.
• Monitor regulatory changes and respond appropriately.
• Provide guidance on regulatory matters and lead compliance delivery.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in regulation and compliance.
• Attend Senior Management and Board meetings as required.
