RESPONSIBLE TO: HEAD OF REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
The Corporate Services Department provides a range of legal, regulatory and governance services in support of Tuath Housing Association (‘the Association’) business objectives. Its primary focus is on ensuring that the Association (including its Board) adheres to ethical standards, best practices, and relevant laws and that all legal aspects are covered in relation to the Association’s business. The role will have a significant involvement in ensuring compliance with state and company law, regulatory obligations, and internal company policies.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Regulatory Compliance Manager will work as part of the Corporate Services Department and be responsible for identifying, advising, monitoring, and reporting on compliance and governance for the Association.The Manager will further the expansion of the Association’s compliance monitoring plan for the business and act as a link between the Association, regulatory authorities, local authorities, and State Agencies. This role carries significant responsibilities that have a key impact on the operations and reputation of the Association.
