Maples Group in Dublin seeks a high-calibre professional to serve as Designated Person for Regulatory Compliance (PCF-39F) and Compliance Officer (PCF-12). The role sits within Maples Fund Management Ireland Limited and reports to the Board of MFM and the Head of Compliance, Ireland.

You will lead the Compliance Department, manage regulatory filings, monitor financial crime controls, and liaise with the Central Bank of Ireland and EU regulators.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification with strong academic background or equivalent regulatory experience.
• 3-4 years’ experience in an industry-equivalent compliance function.
• LCOI qualification is advantageous.
• Experience interacting with a financial regulator is highly beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the MFM compliance programme to meet regulatory obligations.
• Ensure internal controls and policies are updated and effective.
• Manage regulatory filings and liaison with regulators.
• Lead and mentor the Compliance Department, including two direct reports.
• Provide regulatory training to staff and report to Board and Group CCO.
