Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles.
• Ability to source through multiple channels (job boards, networks, universities).
• Strong interviewing, assessment, and offer-management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Familiarity with local employment laws and ATS tooling.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for the region, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates via multiple channels.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess skills and fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and create compelling job descriptions.
• Provide updates on progress, challenges, and market insights.
