Job summary

Clarke Energy is seeking an Area Service Manager to lead a regional field service team across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, ensuring contractual commitments are met and our high standards of safety, quality and customer service are consistently delivered.

You will manage Service Engineers and Apprentices, driving operational excellence, customer relationships and 24/7 coverage in a senior leadership role within Clarke Energy's service delivery.

Qualifications

• Time-served engineer (NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent).
• Minimum of 10 years' engineering experience across electrical and mechanical disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of internal combustion engines and generators.
• CHP and balance of plant experience.
• Proven experience managing remote engineering teams.
• Strong customer relationship management experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Good IT skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop your regional service team across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
• Deliver contractual performance by planning and prioritising maintenance and managing availability.
• Assist with risk assessments and method statements with QUENSH.
• Maintain health, safety and environmental standards across sites.
