Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Regional Lead Engineer in Leopardstown, Dublin to oversee electrical maintenance, compliance and service delivery across our sites in Ireland. This role requires a qualified electrician with leadership experience to drive safety, reliability and operational excellence across a regional portfolio.

You will coordinate site engineering teams and specialist contractors, ensuring adherence to Irish electrical legislation and delivering against KPIs and energy performance goals.

Qualifications

• Qualified electrician with strong technical leadership and regional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate electrical maintenance across the region, ensuring safe, reliable operation.
• Oversee planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, inspections and remedial works.
• Provide technical guidance to site teams, electricians and specialists.
• Ensure compliance with Irish electrical legislation and safety requirements.
• Review risk assessments and contractor documentation for safe works.
• Coordinate contractors, permits to work and shutdown activities.
• Monitor maintenance performance and KPIs, and uphold quality records.
