Hartley People Recruitment is expanding its presence in the Limerick and Mid-West region. We are seeking a locally based Talent Specialist/Recruitment Entrepreneur to deliver recruitment solutions, engage candidates, and build strong market relationships while guiding regional growth.

The role blends delivery and strategic development with autonomy and growth opportunities. You will manage assignments, source top talent, and partner with clients and hiring managers, eventually shaping Hartley

Qualifications

• Previous agency or in-house recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing and candidate engagement skills.
• Experience managing recruitment campaigns from start to finish.
• Confidence working with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment assignments from initial brief through to successful placement.
• Source, screen and engage high-quality candidates across multiple disciplines.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and talent networks.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide market insights.
• Present shortlisted candidates and manage interview processes.
• Support candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and candidates to ensure an exceptional experience.
