Engage People Recruitment is seeking a Regional Financial Planning Manager to lead the South West and Mid West region. You will inherit a high-performing team, manage your own client book and help scale the business as growth continues.

Qualifications

• QFA and CFP-qualified with strong experience in financial planning.
• Proven commercial track record managing client relationships and revenue targets.
• Experience leading or developing advisers and creating accountability.

• Manage and grow your portfolio of financial planning clients.
• Deliver against personal revenue and new business targets.
• Lead, coach and develop a regional team of Financial Planners.
