Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant professional experience in People Experience, HR leadership, or business partnering roles.
• Experience advising executive leadership and translating business priorities into people strategies.
• Strong business acumen and HR expertise, with exposure to creative industries.
• Proven experience leading teams and delivering high‑quality employee experiences and organizational impact.
• Deep knowledge of Spanish labor law and experience with complex employee relations.
• Experience in international, matrixed organizations navigating cross-country differences.
• Expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, compensation, and change management.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Excellent coaching, consulting, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong communication, discretion, and ability to deliver sensitive information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional People Experience strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive people agenda for Spain and Portugal that supports business objectives, long-term growth, and a people-first culture.
• Partner with senior leadership: Advise executive teams on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent, culture, engagement, and retention.
• Oversee talent and organizational development: Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, succession planning, career mobility, leadership development, and org design.
• Build an inclusive and engaging workplace: Champion DEI initiatives, strengthen the employee value proposition, promote wellbeing, and positive experiences.
• Lead compensation and rewards initiatives: Manage regional salary reviews, benchmarking, internal equity, and payroll coordination.
• Manage employee relations and labor matters: Guidance on Spanish employment law, collective bargaining, labor agreements, works councils, unions, and complex issues.
• Drive organizational change: Lead reorganizations, integrations, terminations, and broader transformations with clear communication.
• Use data to inform decisions: Analyze workforce metrics, identify trends, and translate insights into practical strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives: Collaborate across talent acquisition, people operations, compensation, benefits, learning, and HR systems.
• Support compliance and employee wellbeing: Oversee occupational health, investigations, confidential matters, and data protection.
• Lead and develop the team: Manage two direct reports and contribute to regional/global People Experience initiatives.
