Job summary

rhe in Dublin seeks a General / Business Unit Manager to lead the operational activity across Dublin sites, partnering with the senior management team and taking ownership of P&L, budgeting and financial reporting.

You will develop and execute the operational strategy, ensure COMAH compliance, maintain MAPP, and act as the main contact for HAS and EPA. You will drive growth, deliver productivity and align cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive industry knowledge in road freight and 3PL environments.
• Senior operational experience with proven target and financial results delivery.
• Understanding of COMAH requirements and chemical safety regulations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational activity across the Dublin location and sites.
• Own the P&L, participate in budgeting and financial reporting.
• Develop and execute the operational strategy ensuring clear communication to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with SI No. 209/2015 COMAH Regulations and uphold MAPP.
• Serve as main contact for HAS and EPA and drive regulatory alignment.
• Collaborate with branch and operational managers to optimise across operations.
• Lead a cross-functional team including operations, HSEQ, customer service and transport.
• Provide regular reviews and analysis of performance, delivery and targets.
