As a Regional Multimedia Operations Associate in Workplace Services Operations, you will oversee the delivery, support, and enhancement of multimedia and collaboration services within your assigned region. You will lead regional teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure alignment with global standards. Your role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, service consistency, and innovation. Job Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Proven experience in operations management, vendor management, and service delivery within multimedia or collaboration technology environments.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and develop regional teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting, incident management, and process improvement.
• Experience managing budgets, assets, and vendor relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively with global and regional peers in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of risk, controls, compliance, and audit processes.
