• Oversee vendor relationships to ensure performance with SLAs and global standards.
• Ensure high-quality support for multimedia and collaboration platforms including incident management.
• Implement and maintain asset support models for a seamless user experience.
• Monitor performance, run health checks, ensure service continuity, and report outcomes.
• Lead audits and manage internal/external assessments as required.
• Manage regional budgets, track expenses, and support forecasting.
• Oversee asset management including inventory and vendor coordination.
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and service quality improvement.
• Support adoption of automation, AI, and innovative tools in operations.
• Collaborate with product, IT, and business teams on new rollouts and enhancements.
