Responsabilités

• Ensure planned maintenance across building assets to meet SLAs.
• Supervise electrical, mechanical and technical maintenance tasks.
• Keep comprehensive maintenance records and complete Work Orders.
• Ensure spares availability for site maintenance.
• Prepare method statements and risk assessments for tasks.
• Develop good working relationships with staff and clients.
• Provide a safe and healthy working environment and comply with policies.
• Maintain professional corporate image and deliver customer service.
• Commit to personal development and lifelong learning.
• Provide on-call cover if required.
