Job summary

Uisce Éireann seeks a Regional Fleet LCV Manager to lead the regional fleet programme for light commercial vehicles. You will manage budgets, coordinate vehicle replacements, and align with regional operations to meet business demand.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, and ensure regulatory compliance while leveraging fleet systems and data for decision making.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ Fleet Management experience.
• Experience in water, utilities or related industries is desirable.
• Ability to partner with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support management of regional light commercial vehicle fleet within budget.
• Deliver vehicle replacement CAPEX programmes with approvals.
• Liaise with regional operations to size the fleet to meet demand.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to agree vehicle types and schedules.
• Work with suppliers on fleet management service delivery.
• Support procurement, QA/audits, and rollout of new vehicles.
• Promote continuous improvement and adoption of new tech.
• Coordinate servicing, CVRT/NCT tests and road tax payments.
• Escalate issues to Regional Leads as needed.
• Develop and standardise vehicle design standards across UÉ.
• Contribute to fuel/energy reduction programmes.
