Job summary

Synergy-Security in Cork is seeking a mobile fleet coordinator based at our Mayfield Cork branch to manage deployed vehicles, monitor maintenance, ensure compliance and coordinate leases.

The role requires a full valid driving licence, strong organisational skills, ability to work onsite full-time and flexibility in schedule; you will join an established team and have opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

Full clean driving licence (Manual Vehicle).
Proficient in Google Suite and other relevant software.

Responsibilities

Overall coordination of deployed mobile vehicles.
Vehicle maintenance monitoring and scheduling.
Vehicle compliance.
Coordination of vehicle fleet leases.
Conducting process and quality checks on mobile operational procedures.
Ensuring vehicles have the correct equipment.
Support branch management.
