Job summary

Synergy Prestige in Cork is seeking a Mobile Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate deployed mobile vehicles from the Mayfield Cork location. The role is onsite with a Monday–Friday schedule and potential weekend availability.

You will monitor vehicle maintenance, ensure compliance, and support branch management. Excellent communication, coordination, and time-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

Proven experience in coordination/administrative duties.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Full clean driving licence (Manual Vehicle).
Proficient in Google Suite and other relevant software.

Responsibilities

Coordinate deployed mobile vehicles across locations.
Monitor and schedule vehicle maintenance.
Ensure vehicle compliance.
Coordinate vehicle fleet leases.
Perform process and quality checks on mobile operations.
Ensure vehicles have the correct equipment.
Support branch management.
