Job summary

Northern Trust in Limerick is seeking a Regional KYC Operations Manager to lead AML/KYC service delivery, overseeing onboarding, periodic reviews, event driven reviews, and client exits. You will drive governance, capacity planning, and regulatory readiness across Limerick teams to meet global and local requirements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in AML/KYC within financial services, strong leadership, stakeholder management, and collaboration with compliance, risk and audit functions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AML/KYC within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of global AML/KYC regulations and frameworks.
• Experience with governance, risk ownership and first line controls.
• Proven leadership and talent development capabilities.
• Engagement with auditors and senior compliance stakeholders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end AML/KYC service delivery across onboarding, periodic reviews, event driven reviews, and client exits.
• Maintain governance, escalation mechanisms, and management oversight for KYC operations.
• Ensure SLAs, KPIs, quality standards and regulatory expectations are met.
• Lead capacity planning, workload distribution, and resourcing to support growth.
• Mentor KYC leaders and build a strong leadership pipeline.
• Represent Limerick operations in global governance forums and regulatory initiatives.
