Qualifications

• Experience leading multisite healthcare operations.
• Experience managing staff across regions.
• Proven budget oversight and financial reporting.
• Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the South West and travel.
• Driving licence required; acquisitions/integration experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across GP sites in the region.
• Integrate newly acquired practices into the network.
• Deliver regional performance and accountability for the cluster.
• Manage budgets, staffing and reporting for the region.
• Line-manage regional teams and serve as the single point of accountability.
• Travel across the South West; maintain regular on-site presence.
