Job summary

Cpl Group is seeking a Regional Practice Director to lead a network of GP practices across Limerick, Cork, and Munster. You will drive day-to-day operations, oversee integration of newly acquired practices, and hold budgetary responsibility with regional accountability.

You will travel across sites, manage multi-site teams, and align delivery with prevention and chronic disease management goals. Flexibility and a proven healthcare leadership record are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site healthcare operations.
• Proven track record in staff management and leadership.
• Strong budgetary management experience across regions.
• Willingness to travel across Munster and manage mobile teams.
• Eligible to work in Ireland and relocate if needed.

Responsibilities
