Company Details Confidential is establishing a new primary care medical practice in Ireland and seeks an experienced General Practitioner to take on the role of Clinical Lead. This long-term position combines clinical practice with leadership to develop modern primary care services.

The ideal candidate will have EU-recognised general practice training, extensive GP experience, strong English language skills, and willingness to relocate to Ireland on a long-term basis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years post-training GP experience.
• Recognised qualification in Family Medicine / General Practice.
• Registration with the Irish Medical Council Specialist Division in General Practice.
• Fluent English (Languages: English C2-Master).

Responsibilities

• Provide general medical services to private and eligible public patients.
• Act as Clinical Lead for the practice.
• Help establish clinical governance and operating procedures.
• Support development of patient pathways and clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with nursing and administrative staff to deliver high-quality care.
• Support recruitment and mentoring of additional doctors.
