Job summary

AuxiliaGroup Recruitment is hiring a Regional Freight Sales Manager for our client in the ferry transportation sector. The role focuses on developing and managing key customer relationships across Northern Ireland and the wider logistics market.

You will secure new business opportunities, establish long-term partnerships with hauliers, exporters, freight forwarders and logistics operators, and work with senior leadership to drive growth through market insight and proactive business development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in freight sales or related role.
• Strong network within haulage, freight, logistics or export sectors.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow freight business across Northern Ireland and surrounding markets.
• Identify, engage and convert new customers into long-term commercial accounts.
• Lead contract discussions and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline reporting.
• Represent the business at industry events and customer meetings.
