Job summary

Field Sales Solutions is hiring a Field Sales Representative to work with Ferrero across Dublin South and Wicklow. You will drive sales in grocery, convenience, and wholesale channels, building strong relationships with store decision-makers and ensuring optimal in-store visibility.

You will analyze sales data, identify new opportunities, and own your territory with a flexible, full-time schedule. A company car, fuel card, and tech devices are provided, plus training and development

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales to FMCG is preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Strong drive to exceed targets and manage a territory.

Field Sales Solutions is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Field Sales Representative to work with Ferrero, one of the world's leading FMCG companies, known for iconic brands such as Ferrero Rocher, Kinder, Nutella, Tic Tac, Thornton's & MANY MORE!

Ideal Location:Dublin South

Territory you’ll be covering:Dublin South / Wicklow

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Focus on driving sales within grocery, convenience, and wholesale sectors.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers to increase brand visibility, product availability, and sales.
• Identify new opportunities to boost brand presence in stores, ensuring products are well-displayed and readily available.
• Analyse and utilise sales data to engage with key stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Own your territory and manage relationships with stores in your area.

Salary & Benefits:

• €34,500p/a basic salary.
• Opportunity to earn Up to 11.5% performance related bonus

• 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday), with flexibility on working hours
