Job summary

Perform Recruitment is hiring on behalf of a family-owned fresh produce company in North Co. Dublin for a Field Sales & Merchandising Executive. The role is field-based with a company van and nationwide travel, offering a permanent, full-time position.

You will own a portfolio of retail stores, ensuring strong brand visibility and distribution through POS activation and in-store merchandising, with a 4-day week considered for the right candidate.

About Our Client

Perform Recruitment is hiring on behalf of our client, a well-established, family-owned fresh produce company based in North Co. Dublin. They grow, produce, and source fresh potatoes, fruit, and vegetables, supplying supermarkets, symbol groups, the food service sector, and independent retailers across Ireland with high-quality seasonal produce.

The Role

This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated individual to start or grow a career in field sales, working with a well-regarded name in Irish fresh produce. You'll take ownership of a portfolio of retail stores, ensuring strong visibility and distribution of our client's brands through point-of-sale activation and in-store merchandising. A 4-day week will be considered for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit retail and wholesale customers daily to build relationships and drive sales
• Merchandise products in-store to maximise visibility and point-of-sale impact
• Support digital and social media activity for the brand
• Analyse sales reports and data, and report on brand performance
• Contribute to new product development initiatives alongside the wider team
• Coordinate point-of-sale materials and support trade shows
• Create content for marketing collateral, PR, trade publications, presentations, and events
• Produce media content with growers, showcasing Irish farmers and their produce for social media
