Job summary

MS Ireland is seeking a part-time coordinator to support people affected by MS in the Munster region. The role involves responding to inquiries, providing information, conducting needs assessments, and referring clients to appropriate services to enhance quality of life.

You will work with the Regional Team to deliver community-based programmes and maintain Salesforce case records. A third-level qualification and driving licence are preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
• Experience in care, support and advocacy for PwMS or neurological conditions is advantageous.
• Proven ability to maintain confidential case records and coordinate with agencies.
• IT proficiency including Microsoft Office and Salesforce inputting.

Responsibilities

• Respond to contacts from People with MS and families.
• Complete assessments of need including goal setting and referrals.
• Liaise with statutory and voluntary bodies as required.
• Maintain confidential case notes in Salesforce and update records monthly.
• Participate in regional meetings and contribute to programme delivery.
