Elis Ireland is currently recruiting a dedicated Temporary Customer Account Manager to support the growth and retention of our customer base across Ireland. You will manage relationships, drive renewals, and coordinate with service and distribution teams to deliver exceptional customer care.

The role involves planning customer visits, addressing queries, and working closely with sales to develop opportunities while ensuring consistent service quality across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer account management or business development.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Data collection and analysis to inform decisions.
• Proven track record of increasing revenue with existing customers.
• Ability to collaborate across teams to improve service and retention.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact for customers in your region with support from the service office.
• Plan weekly visits and top customer meetings to drive retention and growth.
• Renewals and retention of allocated customer base.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, contracts and renewals.
• Handle account paperwork and ordering processes; manage debt with accounts team.
• Provide timely responses to customer queries and escalate issues as needed.
• Support service and distribution teams to improve product knowledge and cross-sell.
