Job summary

Talent Partners Limited is recruiting an Account Manager to own a key client relationship and the day-to-day delivery of the service. This highly client-facing role suits someone who enjoys building strong relationships, solving problems and taking responsibility for ensuring KPIs, SLAs and service standards are met.

• Strong ability to analyse performance data and report on trends.
• Proven track record of delivering against targets and improving service levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day client relationship and monitor performance against KPIs.
• Support and develop the operational team and review performance data and trends.
• Prepare client reports, manage complaints and drive service improvements.
• Work with finance and operations on budgets, cost control and account growth.
