Job summary

ME Group Ireland is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Commercial Team in Ireland. You will strategically develop new business targets, identify new clients, new markets and optimise the sale and siting growth of our laundry products and existing portfolio of photo booths and kids rides.

The role is a proactive, target-driven position focused on expanding the sales pipeline, building relationships, negotiating, and presenting proposals to clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven record of Site Acquisition or capital equipment sales.
• Experience selling into retail locations, malls, and parks.
• Strong cold-calling and self-generation of new business.
• Ability to interpret and present analytical findings.
• Proven ability to present to Senior Management.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Expand the sales pipeline within the region through hunting for new business opportunities.
• Identify new markets, clients, channels, partnerships or products and develop proposals.
• Build relationships with new clients and understand their needs.
• Pitch sales and products to new and existing clients.
• Attend conferences/events to network with industry partners.
• Create sales forecasts and work to achieve them.
• Analyse results and report at local/regional levels.
