Morgan McKinley is seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to own and grow a specialist market with strong client and candidate relationships. You will manage the full lifecycle, advising clients and building long-term partnerships while developing your own desk.

• 1+ years’ recruitment experience or relevant commercial/industry experience.

• Build and grow your own specialist market and desk.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Understand client hiring needs and source high-quality candidates.
• Interview, assess and shortlist candidates.
• Support candidates and clients through interview processes.
• Develop expert knowledge of your market and become a trusted voice.
• Deliver an exceptional experience to every candidate and client.
• Work toward monthly and quarterly targets.
• Maintain accurate information in recruitment systems.
