Job summary

FT Workforce is seeking a motivated Recruiter for Carlow to join our Carlow team, working with four experienced recruiters. The role focuses on temporary construction labour hire across Ireland, including excavator operators, labourers and tradespeople.

You will win new clients, attract candidates, manage placements and build long-term relationships. Construction industry knowledge is desirable but not essential.

FT Workforce is looking for a motivated and ambitious Recruiter to join our Carlow team, working alongside four experienced recruiters.

This is a fast-paced recruitment role focused primarily on temporary construction labour hire. We supply excavator operators, labourers, tradespeople and other construction workers to clients across throughout Ireland.

This is a hands-on recruitment and business development position. You will be responsible for both winning new clients and attracting candidates to meet the needs of our growing client base.

Your day will involve making sales calls to prospective clients, sourcing and registering candidates, managing placements and building strong long-term relationships.

Construction industry knowledge is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided.
